Terms of Service

Checklist.aero is operated by Lemonpot Inc., a company incorporated in Ontario, Canada. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Checklist.aero. By creating an account or using the platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

Checklist.aero provides an online editor for creating, customizing, and exporting aviation checklists. We offer a Free plan with limited features, and paid Premium and Fleet plans with extended capabilities. Features and pricing are described on our Pricing page and are subject to change with notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Premium and Fleet plans are billed according to the pricing displayed at checkout. All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees.

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for any plan, upgrade, or conversion fee. Please review your order carefully before completing payment.

All content, software, and designs on Checklist.aero are the property of Lemonpot Inc. or its licensors. You retain ownership of the checklists you create. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the platform without authorization

We may suspend or terminate your access to Checklist.aero at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the platform. You may delete your account at any time from the application settings.

Checklist.aero is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Aviation checklists generated with our platform are for reference only and do not replace official aircraft documentation, pilot training, or regulatory compliance. Always verify checklists against your aircraft’s approved Pilot Operating Handbook (POH) and local aviation regulations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lemonpot Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of Checklist.aero after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
